By accessing or using elevariq.in ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. About Elevariq

Elevariq Pvt. Ltd. provides educational content including playbooks, courses, and coaching programs for aspiring entrepreneurs and early-stage founders.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding contract under Indian law to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@elevariq.in of any unauthorised use.

5. Payments & Refunds

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed via Razorpay.
• Individual playbooks: no refunds once the download link is accessed.
• Pro & Elite subscriptions: you may cancel at any time. No refunds for the current billing period.
• If you experience a technical issue that prevents access, contact us within 7 days for a resolution.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including playbooks, frameworks, videos, and brand assets — is the exclusive property of Elevariq Pvt. Ltd. and protected under Indian copyright law. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account or downloaded content with others.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy Platform content.
• Post harmful, abusive, or misleading content in the community.

Elevariq provides educational information only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal, financial, or investment advice. Business outcomes depend on many factors; we make no guarantees of specific results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elevariq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
